We strive to accurately describe our products, ingredients, colors, images, pricing, and availability.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other website content are complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
5. Orders
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
refuse any order;
limit quantities purchased;
cancel an order due to pricing errors;
discontinue products without notice;
refuse service where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, your payment will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers.
We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping times depend upon carrier availability and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
JARA Natural Products is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Title & Risk of Loss
Ownership of products purchased from JARA Natural Products transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Risk of loss or damage during shipment likewise transfers at that time.
If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever reasonably possible.
9. Returns & Replacements
Because our products are personal care items, JARA Natural Products does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, is defective, or is confirmed by the shipping carrier to have been lost in transit, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Order number
Description of the issue
Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
Verification of Claims
To protect both our customers and our business, JARA Natural Products reserves the right to request reasonable documentation before approving a replacement request. Documentation may include photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, tracking information, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
Replacement requests may be denied if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or repeated claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
10. Subscription Terms
Certain products may be offered through recurring subscriptions.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize JARA Natural Products, or our authorized payment processor, to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery frequency.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Customers may skip shipments or manage subscriptions through their online account.
Cancellation
Subscription cancellations must be received at least ten (10) days before the next billing date.
Subscriptions may be cancelled by:
logging into your customer account; or
emailing shop.thejarabrand@gmail.com
Requests received fewer than ten (10) days before the next billing date become effective after the following billing cycle.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, product names, videos, artwork, designs, formulations (to the extent legally protectable), trademarks, and other materials are the property of JARA Natural Products or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
violate applicable laws;
interfere with website security;
attempt unauthorized access;
transmit malicious software;
copy or exploit website content without authorization;
interfere with the operation of the website.
13. Health Information Disclaimer
